This helps to prevent weight from being transmitted to the developing baby during delivery. It is often prescribed for patients who have a BMI over 30 and a family history of breast cancer or endocrine-responsive cancer. The active ingredient is 120mg orlistat, which is a high-dose version of Orlistat. Orlistat is available in a pack of 84 capsules, which is the maximum recommended dose for adults (16 years or older) and children of 18 and over.
